The application is entirely coded using autohotkey scripts. Source code can be downloaded from the same folder. my first tries work well but xbmconimon doesnt find imon. i tried to launch the launcher with eventmanager and admin rights just doesnt help.
and could you explain what the components in setup exercise? i simply desire to use launcher as shell considering i dont have an mce remote and take to beginning xbmconimon with eventmanager (maybe x64 related) and imon manager itself. i didnt install your shutdown menu because i utilise an other pare simply can you change your launcher that on exit it will launch explorer.exe?

Installation steps

XBMC Launcher - Main application.

XBMC Advanced settings file - Installs an avant-garde settings file for xbmc. For iMON and xbmconimon to work, Windows explorer is needed. If you gear up xmc as beat out, imon won't work.

For iMON, the software expects the location to C:\Program Files\SoundGraph\iMON\ or C:\Program Files(86)\SoundGraph\iMON\
For xbmconimon I use C:\Program Files\xbmc-on-imon-v0.i.nine.5\ or C:\Program Files (86)\xbmc-on-imon-v0.1.ix.5\
If whatsoever other location is used, you will need to manually specify the path from tray icon carte du jour.

mayhap afterwards. i volition apply standard shell so i dont need to edit my card only i could if i desire add an eventghost key with explorer.exe
so i will install with only "XBMCLauncher" in setup and check the paths. the everything should work and im happy.

so configuration done, works very well. i just installed xbmlauncher without any mods, set path to xbmconimon and restarted. BAM information technology works. sleep and wake without whatever issues. my cec-usb as well work.
really nice piece of work. ive used before focusbitch only sometimes after wake up i run across the taskbar but xbmc is in focus. with your tool xbmc is the only i on screen

I have problems now and again when coming out of sleep as video is jerky. I accept used chore managing director in windows and Hibernate Trigger and seem to piece of work for awhile just start acting upward

So volition this app prepare that

Q1 can you close xbmc downward before it goes into standby and then when you wake the pc up tin can it load it. The problem with the other fixes like this is that they don't close xbmc down when you get into standby when u come out of standby it shuts xbmc down then loads it dorsum up. so wanted to know if it shuts it down first before information technology goes into standby

Q2 tin u set this upward so that if you turn the reckoner on from common cold it boots into windows loads windows desktop up and so loads xbmc automatically and keep focus every bit I can do this all the manner up to the point that xbmc minimizes when u have xbmc setup n the startup bill of fare.

Aye. Information technology volition close xbmc when yous send your pc to slumber or hibernate by using the hardware shutdown push button besides. xbmc is started again when windows is resumed. Simply install the primary application XBMCLauncher only, if you don't want other features.

only a couple more than questions.

1. can you permanently disable lose focus ?
ii. tin y'all have focus merely run once or check one time

its i am non to sure what would happen to xbmc if it keeps checking for the focus as strange things can happen to xbmc.

three. does this just run in the groundwork on the windows desktop ? does not modify annihilation.

xbmc only losses focus once for me if i put it in the startup equally its somthing to exercise with my ati ccc. only if i kicking windows and so run xbmc past clicking on it with the mouse it does not lose focus.

i now use standby only like i say subsequently awhile video starts to judder and i have tried task manager and apps to close xbmc down and then load information technology up but seem to prolong information technology but comes back.

i am just trying unlike things to try and stop the trouble.

I simply hope the new xbmc 12 volition fix it simply i dought it equally this might exist a windows affair. maybe xbmc can build your app into xbmc 12 if it works, or hopfully xbmc tin can finish xbmc from lossing focus in windows when not using window manner.

I didn't get what you meant by' downloadable programs in the way of the shell'. Do you lot want to add an selection so that you lot can select another application as crush instead of Explorer and XBMCLauncher?. At present just Explorer and XBMCLauncher are the trounce options. I can add that option to select other exe files and fix it as shell. But remember XBMCLauncher tin can't exist started if yous gear up any other application as vanquish. For now you tin can select any program instead of xbmc to beginning information technology automatically.

I am thinking of another version where xbmc is non given focus while using external players like TMT5 or PowerDVD. Besides delight suggest if y'all want whatsoever new feature to be added.
